Got Their Ex Back

This is Kris from the other day. Just wanted to say everything worked. She came home and I showed all the laid back / happy go lucky from my introspection. Shared all the cool stuff I was up to while she was gone, showing my independence and lack of dependency if she's part of my life or not. Offered her a low pressure date if she had time. Then got vulnerable over how much I care for her and understand what she's going through over drinks. Then we went to a jazz concert and such. Gave her space the past few days, just one text to say hope she's doing lots of good at work and feeling lots of good. Kept my distance but did some push/pull for attraction. Seems she trying to reverse everything that happened but I'm still gonna approach life being present without her, doing more push/pull to make it a fun charming summer

Just wanted to say thank you so much for what Benny puts out there. I know some people say you shouldn't encourage people to get back with their ex, but my ex and I ended our 3 year relationship a couple months ago but there wasn't really any "bad" reason. Anyway... I struggled the first week or so until I found his account. Then I started listening to a lot of the things he says and now she texted me after no contact asking me to come see her (long distance) and stay for a few days and fix what went wrong. He quite literally changed my life. Ive always seen my entire future with this girl. Thank you so much.

Just wanted to say. I got a second chance with my ex. I completely detached. Started seeing someone else. She came calling and showed up at my place to talk. After careful consideration I am choosing to no longer to entertain that thought and continue with this new woman. Thank you Benny for your help and listening ear.

My ex who we've kinda reconciled, is angry at a situation that come about while we were split! That's in the 2 months no strings? My family is almost back together he come back after a month apart and now we are working on him coming back home.

Did no-contact and he broke it to ask about my graduation and the gift I wanted.

A little update I went to dinner with her last night with no expectations She then asked me to stay we sleeped together then we had a shower and she wrote on glass I love you Then she wrote do you love me too I thought what would Benny so I smiled and laughed then wrote I love then cover my hand wrote U so she couldn't see and wiped it all of 😂 Then I dropped her to the airport she called before her flight and said she missed me I said yeah I know you miss me 😂 It sent her crazy 🤣 ❤️ Great work Benny We have another date today and we have planned for me to stay over Will do a beach walk and coffee ☕ :)

Thanks so much for our call. Afterwards, I went to the coffee shop and my ex was sitting across the room at a table. I leaned back at my own, kept the headphones out, and read, keeping an open and approachable energy, without giving him attention. When he got up and approached me before leaving, I stuck my tongue out and greeted him happily and playfully. Damn Coach Benny I gotta give it up to him because this man wanted absolutely nothing to do with me. Did definitely not want to see me in person because the last time I was up here for a whole week he never even responded to my last text. Now he actually wants to meet me in person. I'm can't believe it but thank you Benny for his guidance. I couldn't have done this by myself. I would've totally fucked it up.

I don't know if he'd even remember me. We're back actually on contact with my bf and better I'm pretty sure I'm disorganized anxious. My husband is a combo of fearful n dismissive avoidant.

We spoke a couple weeks ago and I followed Benny's advice to the letter. I was cordial and fun with my ex when I had to do the dog drop off. Didn't even blink an eye when he said some girl was hitting on him. A week later he texted asking if he could call me. He apologized, said all he did was think about me during our time apart and we had a very honest discussion and now we are back together. He invited me on a beach vacation with his kids last weekend and it was a great time. It didn't take 3 months... literally I shifted my attitude to unbothered and unaffected, and he was back one week later. I'm still going to get us/him to therapy when the time is right, but another success story in the books. Thank you!!!!

Benny is worth the call his not like other coaches!!! Just saying FA Ex said he would regret staying or leaving. He said he still loves me. Only been 4 days.

Benny helped me. My wife of 25 years up and left me. We ended up having to sell our home and move to apartments. I went no contact as he advised and after 4 months she invited me to her apartment and told me she wanted us to work. I even dated a woman as he instructed. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

my ex, we have been in more contact with each other and had our hang out on Saturday too. At some point we also got into talking about the concerns we both had in our relationship and our expectations and boundaries for a new one. Spoke about our personal growth and healing and what this time apart has meant personally too. Yesterday he called to ask me to be his girlfriend again, and we've been taking it slowly since - adjusting to each other's new boundaries and habits. I know our original plan was to map this out for the next 2 months, and as I continue to work on my self-development and growth, I am certain that the tools Benny has provided so thus far will be a core memory for me. However, although it's only been roughly over a week since our first initial coaching call, I will no longer be needing coaching for the remainder of the 2 months.
