ive been following Benny since earlier this year after me and my girlfriend had a breakup. ive followed his advice and yesterday was my birthday and she reached out! we are planning on grabbing a coffee next week

I followed Benny's advice and after a couple weeks of sporadic texting we are getting together tomorrow evening. Haven't seen him since a few months ago. I'm super excited and at the same time trying to take it step by step. Have to say, he's been a little flirty so far. So we will see what happens! Thank you so much!

mind you I'm going balls out on my yardwok. I got grabbed from behind turned around and it was My Boyfriend. I was so shocked to see him I had no idea he was coming by. He told me that he thought he lost me because I went into no contact. He said for the last 3 days I was in his mind hard and strong. He looked at me and apologized and asked for forgiveness and he will never never run away again no matter what we go through. He told Me I am his life and that His Heart belongs to Me. He said to remind him how far we've come through so many obstacles that we will not give up but fight for one another. He's a Stubborn hard headed Scorpio and some Narcissistic issues. He not perfect but for the 1st time He made the effort to reconcile. He said that was the hardest tuff love I ever showed him and running away was a huge mistake. We have our work cut out for Us and we're both all in for the healing and transition.

Coach Benny's videos really helped me, along with some consultation calls with his team. I was able to keep no contact for momths, and reach out to her after she had made efforts to come back into my life in person. We are back together and going strong

she's avoidant, i'm anxious. i gotta at least thank Benny for the advice in his videos. after a month and a half she reached out and basically spilled her heart out to me? extremely out of character for her haha. so from the bottom of my heart thank you Benny. will still probably schedule a call soon because i don't know where to go from here.

I can't thank Coach Benny enough. My ex and I had been separated for almost an entire year. The breakup was mutual, but I couldn't move on from her for the longest time... But after stumbling across his TikTok and following his ex-back advice (especially with his encouragement with no contact, it was extremely hard not to break!), she finally reached out to me. And after 3 months back together, we're even more happy than when we first got together! So thank you Coach Benny! He literally rekindled my relationship!

We spoke a couple months ago about my split from my avoidant partner. I did everything Benny said (even read "why men love bitches") It took only 20 days of no contact for him to reach out. When he first reached out it was just friendly chit chat. But then, out of nowhere he apologized to me, and stated that he was seeking therapy, because I helped him realize that his attachment style was really not doing him any favors. We saw each other in person yesterday for the first time, and he asked me out on a date for next week. I'm so appreciative of Benny and his advice. I'll always stand on the fact that he is a good man, he just needs to heal and I'm glad that he is taking the steps to do so.

I have been watching Benny's videos and lives since my long distance bf of 5 years and I broke up a few months ago. I believe he is a DA and went no contact. I was prepared for months of silence. After six weeks of no contact he reached out to me on Easter with a simple Happy Easter. I sent back a simple message back saying the same. We started talking again about day to day things. Nothing about us. After 4 days of talking through texts and some long calls. He said I should come see him in his state. I made arrangements to spend a weekend with him this last weekend. We did alot of talking,laughing and just enjoy each other company. By the end of the weekend he wanted us to be a couple again. We both agreed to let what happened in the past to stay in the past. He broke it off with my a few months ago because he was overwhelmed with everything. Now we are going on vacation next week
