Just wanted to say thank you for helping me understand his attachment style. Once I had this understanding I was able to further able to understand his actions and reactions. This truly helped during no contact which he just broke two weeks ago, still have a long road ahead but just having fun and following Benny's other advice videos. Thanks for what he does.

Benny and I talked to my man, came back after eight months

We had a call a while back and I wanted to give an update. My ex is back in town for a month for the holidays. We bumped into each other and he suggested we grab coffee. I followed Benny's advice and sent a playful, short message the next day with my availability and he followed up with a date, time and location. We had a great catchup over coffee and he asked if I was free on the weekend for a hike. After saying goodbye he came back to my car and asked if I wanted to go with him to a NYE event that night. Thankfully I was working because I heard Benny's voice telling me to keep things light and breezy and that invite would have been hard to resist! I bumped into him again and got him laughing with a couple jokes poking fun. It felt good to see the game plan he made for me shake out! I just want to say thank you again! It's been easier than I thought not reaching out to him the last 5 months and harder than I thought keeping away from his family (they've all but banging down my door). After 6 months, he and I got together. It was 2 months of no contact, and another 4 months chating by text. 3 attemps of his part to meet up, a lot of desencounters and "i love yous". We met by fortune and spent the night together. Benny's advices were treasures, now watching his videos again to know how to act and stay cool in this moment until starting a comimment relationship. I didnt even get to send him my questions yet, but we got back together lmao Followed his direction to a T. Started to only reward seeing her/messaging more as reward for her effort. Let her initiate all handouts/calls/messages, worked on my life, didnt bring up relationship, outcome independence w/what I said how I was, had fun/dates until she brought up things. Id steer away of mirror what she said and listen if she brought things up and go back to fun. It was like no contact contact. Learned more more re dismissive avoidance vs fearful, he was spot on. Had tons of sex. Took on leading the relationship instead of taking back seat.

Benny was right my ex came up to me at church! Apologizing how she treated me at the break up and how December was really hard for her, and that's when she started processing everything. Broke up end of September. When i would see her in passing at church she would be cold but recently started being friendlier. She Told me what's going on in her life and where she is with everything. And told me how shes growing I kept it cool, cracking jokes. Didnt say anything about us He said to give it 3 more months from November to hit her up. Im gearing up 💪💪💪

It worked. He actually called me last week. When Benny told me a few months ago to wait at least 6 months I thought I would die. I honestly thought we were done. But he called me last week out of the blue. I still can't believe it. He is good. He was right. I now know what I need to do moving forward. Thank you so much
