I know Benny probably gets thousands of messages, but here's one he might value more than others. My ex and I went through a break up about six months ago. She is severely dismissive avoidant, and I became very anxiously attached. We were together over a year. I followed all of his instructions from his videos religiously, because I obviously wanted her back. I did all of the self work required and invested in myself to the furthest degrees. My business is more successful than ever, I have more friends than ever, I am in the best shape of my entire life, and I'm more secure than any other point in my life. It took five months as he suggested it may with DAs. but my ex and I finally rekindled and are back together. The whole confession of love on her side and confession of missing me more than life, and all of the things that he would have expect. His videos have been invaluable.

Benny was so spot on in that tiktok i actually cannot believe it he was right on every single point i did everything he said in the video and a couple weeks later she asked to meet and catch up, we're on good terms now which is fantastic for my own mental health so thankful :))

Benny things are going good since our last call. I've been doing perfect and ahe messages almost every day. They're starting to not be political. I feel her starting to chase slowly but surely.

Benny has helped me so much through my breakup, there were (and definetely still are) times i wanted to reach out to him for coaching but didn't due to financial circumstances. however, watching his videos has given me a soothing comfort that everything will turn out just fine, one way or another and still now when I see his videos on my fyp I just feel a sudden feeling of comfort and trust he causes me. So.. I just wanted to let people know that he has really helped me through the worst of times and I really appreciate it. Even though I'm still really struggling with everything that has happened, he somehow manages to get me through it and put an "everything's gonna be just fine, just listen to me" mindset. THANK YOU! Benny's post saved our marriage today! We had come to the conclusion that it would be best to separate, because I placed most of the blame on my husband. I did not realize that I had a dismissive avoidance attachment style. He literally took me down a rabbit hole and everything made sense! My husband and I have been married for 20 years and his attachment style is the anxious one with a hint of narcissistic behaviors. I understand that this is one of the hardest attachment styles to love and coexist in, but we both now have a direction to work on! Thank you so much for the post!!!! It was the one where he said that the ex said that they can't give what the other needed, but the love in their eye's suggested that they still loved their partner.

I just went back into no contact with my ex and Benny's videos are helping me fight the urge to contact him. Thank you so much for sharing his wisdom with everyone! I know that even if he doesn't come back, there's a new found hope for me to successfully let go.

Girlfriend and I are back together and have been since Valentine's Day. We're moving out of town and starting over together and I have everything I've ever wanted now. There is a whole lot that went into this, it was a lot more complex than I expected, but the core tenants of what Benny teaches - patience, building attraction, outcome independent - kept me in the running to be there at the right time. I didn't win her back as much as I did not ruin my chances of having another shot. Before coming across his profile, I felt aimless and destroyed, after working with him, I had a goal, to get her back, and after enough time I found that even if that didn't work out, I would be OK, and all the better for working to try to get her back. It's been more than 6 months since I got my ex back and things have been better than ever before. In the 8 months we were broken up, I overcame my anxious attachment and he's working on his avoidant attachment. He's even doing therapy which he was extremely against in the past. Our dynamic has changed so much. It feels like we're both different people and I actually feel grateful for the breakup now because it has helped both of us improve and heal and become much better versions of ourselves. I also wanted to say thank you for Benny's videos and our calls, he has kept me sane during all the heartbreak and made me feel sane and understood that I wanted him back. I wanted to share my story before but I thought I'll definitely should wait the 6 months just in case things don't work out again. So thankful for his help.
