Went no contact with my ex she texted me yesterday after a month. Benny's videos really helped me stay positive and hopeful in such times. I don't worry about the outcome!

I can't thank Benny enough for everything he does. He's worth every penny. It's been a long four months, but I finally have my first phone call with my ex this Wednesday night, and I couldn't have made it here without his guidance and wisdom. I know there's still a road ahead, but I wanted to share the progress I've made with him in my corner.

She messages for a few days... Then backs away. Then two weeks later phones me. Then backs away. Early March she got in touch and asked for coffee... then backed away. She's slowly pulling all references to the rebound from her social media. Profile pictures, names in Instagram bios... she's took it all down. I'm just letting her come and go... as Benny said Avoidants do. It's taking a bit longer, I guess... but we'll see. Benny was right all along.

Been following Benny for about three months. Of course because I'm in middle of relationship "adjustment". I work on the road which is tough on us. There has been very little reach out from my wife, she wanted the break. I have given her no contact, no messages no calls and no social media. I came home last nite. We actually had a decent talk she started it. I have been going to counseling and we talked about me being a anxious attachment and her being and avoident She was very curious and agreed on what we are. She was also very cognizant that I don't even look at her social media but she looks at mine. Thanks for his helpful advice I think it's working. 🙏❤️

I just want to thank Benny again. It's been 9 months since my Ex came back and the relationship is better then ever thanks to his advice. I got a hobby, I work out, I don't put all my energy into him anymore I put that energy into me & he just keep saying your so different but in a good way, I'm stronger mentally and it's because I took that time and put that heartbreak energy into me & I could have not done any of that if I never came across his page & it all started with taking his advice with going no contact.

So the guy she started dating casually after our breakup was some situationship from before. Found out it ended between them yday and had a pretty big falling out. Guess the rebound always fails 😂 We're both going on holiday in Jan so think I'll wait till feb to reach out unless she imitates contact Benny she reached out! So unexpected
