thank you for his videos they really helped me alot.me and my girl went into no contact few months ago after both of us coming to a conclusion that we need to slow things down so we took a sort of break.The other day my ex broke the no contact rule and reached out so next weekend we are to meet for dinner at a very fancy restaurant.

I took more than day to reply confused if it was an invite. But when I did it was like they were craving for a response. Came back running. Now with me like never before.

it got so complicated i cant even explain it. he told me how much he wishes a future with me but he has still he thought how it could be with others and stuff. that we keep contact and everyone does their thing and eventually we end up together. he really changed his mind, he is even okay with giving up the exploring with others for me. he said we can speak about that later in a diffrent mater. he wants to be with me again. have dates, take it slow and do things we never did. form a new band. i am soo thankful, cant describe! even i actually didn't needed a call cus of all videos. i dont regret any penny!

Update: Ex & I slept together recently and she told me yesterday she loves me & is still in love with me. Gonna ask for a weekend date

Ok he back, it worked. Trip went great, focused on having fun. He invited me on a trip abroad with another couple.

Coach Benny's videos really changed my life. Without his guidance I would have broken the No Contact rule, but staying strong made all the difference. I later realized all the negative things she said were just in the moment, and deep down she missed me too. Now we're back together, and actually getting married next week. I'll always be grateful for his work! Thank you Benny!

I got her to break no contact but realized the convo on her side wasnt really meaningful and i wasnt going to try to pace the conversation i gave her a few kind words she asked why im soo sweet and i let her know that she doesnt have to beat herself up over decisions shes made and told her to take care and went back into no contact I got her back thanks for the help

She contacted me first after 4 months and I let her come to my house and we talked and end up doing grown folks things and we been taking it slow

Took 4 weeks... we hung out Friday and tonight! 😅 went well!

I went to drop the kids off today and they were all out in the trampoline, I hung out up there a bit sitting real close to my ex before I left I tickled my kids then started ticking her feet she was laughing so I went in to her most ticklish spot high inner thigh and she was laughing and not fighting me off. She has been sending me more pics of the kids and more friendly over text. I think I'm moving in the right direction, I'll be reaching out for another call before no contact ends. I have been in no contact with my ex for a little over 3 weeks. I didn't beg or ask him to change his mind when he broke things off even though I was very confused. I was tempted to reach out and say something but I found Benny's content and it confirmed my instinct of no contact. I have learned so much about attachment styles and my actions that led to the breakdown of the relationship as well. Well he texted me yesterday! I kept my responses light and matched the energy like he teaches. Will see where it goes from here but I feel so much more equipped going forward if we do come back together. And to anyone who might be skeptical, no contact works!
