we had an amazing night no conversation about the break up. I felt like he was a different man. He was holding my hand holding my back. I don't remember the last time he held my hand while we were walking. He texted me today that he had a really good time Goofed around a little bit through Text I'll see how it goes. It's been more than 6 months since I got my ex back and things have been better than ever before. In the 8 months we were broken up, I overcame my anxious attachment and he's working on his avoidant attachment. He's even doing therapy which he was extremely against in the past. Our dynamic has changed so much. It feels like we're both different people and I actually feel grateful for the breakup now because it has helped both of us improve and heal and become much better versions of ourselves. I also wanted to say thank you for Benny's videos and our calls, he has kept me sane during all the heartbreak and made me feel sane and understood that I wanted him back. I wanted to share my story before but I thought I'll definitely should wait the 6 months just in case things don't work out again. So thankful for his help.

It was amazing. it's crazy how if you apply the stuff Benny's taught and the stuff from another coach and author what happens. I don't reach out to her during the day except maybe once. She will hit me up every couple hours, I keep my text equal or maybe a little smaller and let it just end at certain points. We hit some pool then dinner. Benny helped me with no contact and I can't thank him enough for that. I did everything he advised and sure enough 3 weeks later my ex messaged me. Our communication was super poor in our relationship and in the end it really is what caused us to break up. We broke up, did no contact a few days later and then he reached out about two weeks after that. He said he wants to make it work and he misses me and he's going to try. He told me he wanted it to work and he wanted to break up and caused any of this. He said he had weak character and wished he had a better understanding on things. He told me he had time to think and reflect and so we agreed to try again and work on it. So far it seems to be going good. We have been texting constantly every single day since he reached out and we even saw eachother today, it was a bit awkward.

I've came across Benny's page and I never believed in " No Contact ". i believed that was wrong because if you truly want your relationship the last thing to do is go no contact. I've been the one who chases, calls,texted, reach out I thought thats what we were suppose to do. This time when My Boyfriend of 6 yrs left for the 3rd time I just threw in the towel and said enough is enough. During the 1st times I crashed hard and went bat crazy and into deep depression I got no valid reason why he left and he Ghosted me hard. 4 months later he cane back. 2nd time I hurt but I not as bad.
