I've been watching Benny's videos as the mother of my child had decided she didn't want me, I went completely no contact unless it was about my son and she realised her mistakes. I can never thank him enough, he got me through the pain and allowed me to regain my family. So thankful.

Okay I just start overthinking because she's an avoidant with mommy issues she hasn't talked to her mom in like 4 years I fear she'd do the same to me as she has a bunch of enablers around her We're back together!!

Followed his advice and my avoidant ex came back after 8 weeks of NC. We're talking again and set a date for next weekend!

I (kinda) got him BACK! I think I have a success story 🤞. Basically since me and my ex started talking again he's been initiating all the hang outs and basically been inviting me to hang with him every chance we're both free. And while we've been hanging out we started gradually getting more and more cuddley to the point where today we both basically agreed to be more than just friends but less than a relationship and I kissed him on the cheek and he kissed me on the forehead back! I'm not fully sure where the road will take us but I'm happy with where we are now! So thank u so much Benny for guiding me through all this!

Benny has helped me so much through my breakup, there were (and definetely still are) times i wanted to reach out to him for coaching but didn't due to financial circumstances. however, watching his videos has given me a soothing comfort that everything will turn out just fine, one way or another and still now when I see his videos on my fyp I just feel a sudden feeling of comfort and trust he causes me. So.. I just wanted to let people know that he has really helped me through the worst of times and I really appreciate it. Even though I'm still really struggling with everything that has happened, he somehow manages to get me through it and put an "everything's gonna be just fine, just listen to me" mindset. Thank you, sincerely.

I had a bad breakup a few months ago, followed Benny's videos word for word (even if it was hard af) and we are now back in contact and discussing getting back together! Even followed his tips when he first started breaking NC! ❤️❤️

I think Benny deserves a little update on how things have developed. we are in a relationship again and today we signed the papers for a shared home that we will move into soon. he took the initiative to move forward together.

THANK YOU! Benny's post saved our marriage today! We had come to the conclusion that it would be best to separate, because I placed most of the blame on my husband. I did not realize that I had a dismissive avoidance attachment style. He literally took me down a rabbit hole and everything made sense! My husband and I have been married for 20 years and his attachment style is the anxious one with a hint of narcissistic behaviors. I understand that this is one of the hardest attachment styles to love and coexist in, but we both now have a direction to work on! Thank you so much for the post!!!! It was the one where he said that the ex said that they can't give what the other needed, but the love in their eye's suggested that they still loved their partner.
